  • Keep your timber looking like new by caring for your handcrafted pieces in the correct way - hand-wash only with warm, soapy water, followed by immediate drying. Never put your timber items in the dishwasher or allow to soak in water as this causes warping and splitting. To maintain longevity, condition the wood every so often with food-grade mineral oil or a beeswax balm.

    Daily Cleaning Instructions:

    • Hand wash only: Use warm water and mild dish soap.

    • No soaking: Never leave wooden items submerged in water or sitting in the sink.

    • Air dry: Pat dry with a clean tea towel and allow to air dry completely before putting away.

    • Banish bad smells: Rub the wood with a halved lemon and coarse salt to lift stuck-on residue and neutralise strong odours.
